How to return a product?

Please Note: If you want to raise a return request, you must do it within the 7 days of product delivery. by contacting us.
How do I return a product?
We offers have a very flexible free return policy. If you are not satisfied with the order, you can easily return the product by contacting us However, there are a few basic rules to be eligible:

Product must be in its original state with all the packaging including brand/manufacturer’s box/packaging, tags, warranty cards and other accessories intact;

Request has to be raised within 7 days of delivery. We accept the request if there is a mismatch in quality, size, colour or design or in case an item is damage, missing/wrong in a order.
How do I get a refund of a purchased order?
After your return is accepted one of our team member will contact you and your money will be refunded to you with in next 24 to 48 hours.
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order by contacting us. Note that, if the order is already shipped, we won’t be able to cancel the order. In such a case, Do not accept the order when the delivery person gets it to their place. The order will get automatically cancelled. and no cancellation fee will apply in case of prepaid orders your money will be refunded to you with in next 24 to 48 hours.
Will I be charged if I cancel an order?
No, you will not be charged if you cancel an order. It is absolutely free of cost and there will be no cancellation charges.
How do I know if my order is shipped or not?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number sent via email notification from us. if you haven’t receive your tracking number it’s means your order is not shipped.
